Shipping Information
- All orders over $49 within the contiguous USA qualify for free Standard Shipping.
- We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Once your order has been placed, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to modify, cancel or make any changes to the following: Items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. To modify within 30 minutes of placing your order send an email to Team@Formula100.com
- We do not yet ship outside the USA or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands. Subscribe to our email newsletter to be notified when we are able to ship outside the USA but please email Team@Formula100.com to see if our products have hit your stores yet!
- All orders in the contiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7 if they contain an aerosol product in the order. Aerosols are regulated when shipping and we use best methods to ship them to you safely, and please note that aerosols can not be shipped to PO boxes due to Federal Regulations.
- We don't yet offer expedited shipping options, but we work to turn around orders as soon as we get them - mostly in the same day during the week.
- Orders ship from our San Diego, CA warehouse Monday through Friday (apart from USA holidays).

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every Formula 100 product, but we understand that sometimes issues arise or mistakes happen.
- For a replacement or refund, please email Team@Formula100.com with your order number, email address used to make the purchase, and reason for request.
- For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back
- All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Payment Information
We accept credit card payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at one of our awesome retailers, you need to return the item back to the store for exchange or replacement. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase.
